About the AWB Firm

Traditional law firms don’t understand how your online business works.

But we operate in the same space you do - with courses, digital products, masterminds, and memberships. When we say we know online business, we mean it.

It’s no coincidence that our firm has been working with some of the biggest names in the online world since we opened our doors in 2015.

In an industry that is continually shifting and changing, it can feel impossible for business owners to know what’s what when it comes to legal requirements.

You need a legal team who will guide you. Who will help you create a big-picture strategy. Who will take the time to understand your long-term goals before jumping into your legal projects.

  • Smooth Luxurious Client Interactions

Guidance and solutions rather than yes or no answers. Relax knowing that you have a proactive, efficient legal partner.

  • Use Honey, Not a Hammer

We approach our legal work with positivity, empathy, and a keen eye for the win-win solution. Protection doesn't have to come at the expense of your peace.

  • 10,000 Foot View

Start with strategy - aligning the big picture with your current goals to create lasting, long-term protections and thoughtful recommendations.

  • Committed to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We believe diversity makes us all stronger and we celebrate the visible and invisible qualities that make each person unique. We believe all clients, customers, employees, collaborators, vendors, and others who encounter our firm should feel valued and respected, whatever their gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education, ability, or other identities.
